Purpose description

Executive standard
The performance of XLPE insulated (flame retardant) power cable meets the national standard GB / t12706.1-2008, and the equivalent adopts iec60502-2004. The flame retardant meets the national standard GB / t19666-2005.
Scope of application
★ System: This product is suitable for transmitting electric energy in power lines with AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 0.6/1kv (maximum system voltage of 1.2KV).
★ Occasion: it is laid in indoor, cable trench, pipeline, directly buried and can not bear external mechanical force in metallurgy, electric power, construction and other industries.
Usage characteristics
★ Rated voltage: the rated voltage of power frequency AC is 0.6/1kv, and the maximum voltage of AC system shall not exceed 1.2KV.
★ Working temperature: the maximum allowable working temperature of cable conductor for a long time is 90 ℃. In case of short circuit, the maximum temperature of cable conductor is 250 ℃, and the duration shall not exceed 5S.
★ Ambient temperature: the minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is - 10 ℃.
★ Laying temperature: during installation and laying, the temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
★ Bending radius: the minimum bending is recommended. The bending radius of single core cable shall not exceed 20d and that of multi-core cable shall not exceed 15d.
