0.6/1kv overhead insulated cable
Product standard
This product is manufactured according to GB / t12572-2008 overhead insulated cables with rated voltage of 0.6/1kv and below and iec60502 extruded insulated power cables and accessories with rated voltage of 1-30kv.
Usage characteristics
2.1 rated voltage (U0 / U): 0.6/1kv
2.2 the allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed;
PVC, PE insulated overhead cable: 70 ℃;
XLPE insulated overhead cable: 90 ℃;
2.3 in case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5S), the maximum allowable temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed;
PVC insulated overhead cable: 160 ℃;
Polyethylene insulated overhead cable: 130 ℃;
XLPE insulated overhead cable: 250 ℃
2.4 the ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than - 20 ℃.
2.5 allowable bending radius of cable:
When the outer diameter D of the cable is less than 25mm, it shall not be greater than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
When the cable outer diameter D is equal to or greater than 25mm, it shall not be greater than 6 times of the cable outer diameter.
2.6 when the cable is used in AC system, the rated voltage of the cable shall be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system; When the cable is used in DC system, the rated voltage of the system shall not be greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cable.
