10~35kV overhead insulated cable
Product standard
This product is manufactured according to GB / t14049-2008 10kV and 35kV overhead insulated cables with rated voltage and iec60502 extruded insulated power cables and accessories with rated voltage of 1-30kv.
Usage characteristics
2.1 rated voltage
2.2 the allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed:
High density polyethylene insulated overhead cable: 75 ℃;
XLPE insulated overhead cable: 90 ℃;
2.3 in case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5S), the maximum allowable temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed:
High density polyethylene insulated overhead cable: 150 ℃;
XLPE insulated overhead cable: 250 ℃;
2.4 the ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than - 20 ℃.
2.5 allowable bending radius of cable：
Single core cable: no more than 20 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Multi core cable: it shall not be greater than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
